Spicy Almonds

Curry Almonds

1c almonds (soaked)
1T curry
1t honey


Preparation:

Roll the almonds in curry and drizzle with honey. Toss on the dehydrator until crunchy. If you don't like honey you can use something like apple juice to give it a sweeter touch.

Serve with Raw Pad Thai (yesterday's recipe)
