Rice Salad

Ingredients:

2 Cups Whole Grain Brown Rice, sprouted 5 days
Juice of Fresh Lemon
Grated Lemon Rind
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Dill Weed
4 Green Onions (Scallions), chopped fine
1 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
¼ cup Nama Shoyu
½ cup soaked Dates, pitted and chopped
¼ cup Cashew Pieces, Soaked

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients mix well.
2. Best served after refrigerating.
