2 TBSP RAW HONEY OR AGAVE
1 CUP FRUIT (WORKS WITH FRESH OR FROZEN GREAT WITH PEACH, BLUEBERRY, MANGO OR MY FAVORITE STRAWBERRY AND RHUBARD!)
2 - 4 TBSP COCONUT OIL
Preparation:
BLEND IN VITA MIX UNTIL SMOOTH
YOU CAN ADD MORE COCONUT OIL OR WATER TO GET IT GOING IF YOU NEED TO.
LAYER THIS WITH FRESH FRUIT.
