Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 C pine nuts, unsoaked
• 3 T lemon juice
• 3 T olive oil
• 2 T water
• 1 1/2 T Celtic salt
• 1 T chickpea miso
• 1 T fresh dill, minced
• 1 T fresh basil, minced
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth
2. Use as a spread on crackers
