Cauliflower Mashed "Potatoes"

Ingredients:

3 Cups Cauliflower
1 Cup Cashews
1/2 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 T minced garic
1 T Celtic sea salt

Preparation:

1. Put all ingredients in food processor
2. Blend until creamy
