Yield: 4 servings
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
• 2 bananas, sliced
. ¼ C pineapples, chopped small
. ¼ C strawberries, cut into pieces
. ¼ C cashew sauce
. 1 T chopped walnuts or pecans for each banana split
Sweet Cashew sauce:
½ C cashews
½ C water
¼ C agave
Preparation:
1. Prepare Sauce:
a) Blend cashews and water
b) Add agave
c) Blend until smooth.
d) Adjust ingredients to taste.
2. Assemble banana split.
a) Split bananas and put on a plate at the bottom
b) Put pineapples, strawberries and any other fruit on top of bananas
c) Put cashew sauce on top of the fruit
d) Put nuts on top of the cashew sauce
