Strawberry Cream Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 C fresh strawberries
• 1/2 C coconut oil
• 1/2 C raw cashews
• 1 T vanilla extract
• 1/4 C raw agave nectar
• 1 dash Celtic Sea Salt

Crust

• 3/4 C crushed pecans

Preparation:

1. Grind nuts in food processor
2. Pour nuts in bottom of pie pan
3. Blend filling ingredients in blender (or food processor) (blender = creamier)
4. Pour on top of pecans carefully
5. Refrigerate for 3 hours


Variations: Use blueberries or pineapples instead of strawberries.
